Smile Awhile

Try a Smile Exercise.

Close your eyes and begin a half smile into your eyes.

Energize with uplifted lip corners. Then let the smile percolate down your body.


Feel the smile in the jaw, throat, heart and internal organs.

Relax. Take three deep breaths.

         Spread another smile into the eyes and into the fingers, arms, legs and toes.

               Wriggle the toes with the smile. 

Add a chuckle. Feel silly.

Imagine how another creature might smile. 
Use the smile travels throughout the day. Share your smiles and encourage others to smile.
