A Sense of Tranquility

Compose yourself in stillness, draw your attention inward and devote your mind to the Self. The wisdom you seek lies within. - Bhagavad Gita

Go into a garden. Feel the benefit of a favorite flower.


Stand and breathe naturally. Think of your spine as a flower's stem.

              Stretch upward to the sun. Notice your roots penetrating the earth.

Feel your arms and hands as leaves. Let the breezes wrap and tickle.

Invite a bird to visit you near with its song.













Transition into a cricket resting atop the flower.
Then search for nourishment like a bee.



















Notice now you have gained a sense of tranquility.
