Inhabit Each Day

"Nearly all mankind is more or less unhappy because nearly all do not know the true Self. Real happiness abides in Self-knowledge alone.
All else is fleeting. To know one's Self is to be blissful always."
                                         -  Ramana Maharishi

What does it mean to inhabit the day by paying attention to the details in each moment?

How do we learn about ourselves?

When we discover ways to relieve tensions by observing moments, life explodes in wonder. Finding a personal word or phrase to ponder when stressed releases negative attachments to situations.

Following the breath in sequences calms. Search for techniques that work fore when feeling overwhelmed.

Learn your potential.

Take in snippets of daily pleasure.

Use distractions in sounds, scents and colors to gather a pleasing mood.

Savor the moments in movement to participate in the best quality of your life.

Find a new part of yourself with a different approach.

Play with a lighter attitude.

The world is full of magical things waiting for our senses to grow sharper. - Y.B. Yeats.
