Enjoy the life energy inside your body.
Keep track of moments in a cell phone or notepad.
According to Eckhart Tolle, "The more you focus on time past and future, the more you rob yourself of the potential of now. You will notice that in the moment, past is gone and future relates only to the choices to look, smell, feel and breathe."
