Moments in Movement

Sometimes we might start the day without our usual buoyancy. Sending feelings, thoughts, and musings to the page always helps with self-care.

Writing for fifteen to twenty minutes a day works as a meditation.

Express emotions rather than
suppress traumatic or negative moments.

Set concerns and anxieties free
from the mind's cage.

I recommend a free-flowing pen on accepting paper. It assists with right and left brain crossover, stimulating both sides. Cursive writing energizes creative thoughts.

If the computer provides a possibility, begin and set those fingers aflow on the keys.

Get started with a few responses:

l.   My biggest challenge or frustration today.

2.  What brings me the most joy?

3.  What three of my accomplishments come to mind?

4.  Combine a color, a scent, a sound, and a nature scene. Where do they take you?
Revel with moments in movement as you flow across the page.
