Moments in Movement

"The only journey is the journey within." - Rainer Maria Rilke

To discover ways to tune into inner life, begin by finding freedom from mental activity.

Observation of thoughts and feelings works better than permitting them to engulf and overwhelm.

The moment you become aware and conscious in this way you are living in the moment in movement.

Find a sense pf place within yourself. It will open a new dimension of relaxation, freedom and stillness.
The eternal present is the space within which your whole life unfolds, the one thing that remains constant. Life is now. The now is the only point that can take  you beyond the limited confines of the mind.
All you really need to do is accept this moment fully. You are then at ease in the here and now and at ease with yourself.
- Eckhart Tolle

Develop a cue to focus on breathing. Try this with a color or a scent. When it arrives or you interact during the day, focus on the moment and take a breath. Find a sound that will assist. Listen for birdsong. Stay focused on the breath.

Find several cues that will bring you out of autopilot focus to get to the present moment.
