To the degree that you regenerate yourself, you will improve everyone around you. Your inner work will become contagious.
Creative Write: Choose an area of your life to focus upon. Define how it needs restructuring or improvement. Write five ways to achieve enrichment in that area. Keep writing to discover where the notions take you. Write for enrichment!
