What You Need to Find

"Consider the sunlight. You may say that it is near, yet if you pursue it from world to world you will never catch it. You may say that it is far, yet it is right before your eyes. Chase it and it always eludes you; run from it and it is always there. From this example you can understand how it is with the true nature of all things."  Huang-Po

Wander  in a natural setting to find ways it reflects your true nature.

Let the process engulf you rather than chasing after a goal.

Take in the colors, aromas, and sounds.

Release expectations.

Find a place you've never experienced.

Feel leaves and flower petals. Notice how the breeze moves and tickles your arms and face.

Focus on each moment to remove any mind chatter. Use your breathing to soothe your thoughts.

Elkhart Tolle says, "As soon as you sense that hidden harmony, that sacredness, you realize you are not separate from it. In this way, nature can help you become realigned with the wholeness of life."

You will discover what you need to find.
