Oppormockity Tunes

Change any focus on frustration.  Take three breaths to lighten up.

When a negative thought appears, catch it, tickle it. Laugh and let it go. Find your best positive thought. Let that fly.





















Start each day by reminding yourself that you attract the positive.

Instead of viewing what you are not getting, find amazements and amusements in all you encounter.

Discover inspiring people.
         Go for fun outcomes.
               Let laughter reign.

Think of passing clouds. Watch their shape shifts. A rainbow might appear.

Consider expectations. Do they frustrate you? Why are you influenced by them?  Discard at least one and see where an alternative leads.








When an amazement appears, praise it.
