Love the Ordinary

"The Great Lesson is that the sacred is in the ordinary, that it is to be found one's daily life, in one's neighbors, friends, and family, in one's backyard."  Abraham Maslow

Life's treasures exist in the experience of ordinary details. Nature explodes into wonders that fly into pleasures.

When we take time to absorb the natural world our awareness increases with all the senses.

Marveling at the edges of blooms and the scent of daisies.

Curiosity's hunt begins.

A flap of wing and zing raises the eyes.

Angles draw attention to crimson and gold.

Make a point of searching for unusual.
              Find a connection of peculiar.
Let words waft in to connect scenes in ferocious ways.

If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary.
