Find Your Focus



Choose Four focuses:




l.  For your body - Stretch. Breathe. Eat. Bathe.

Use awareness in all activities. Feel the muscles. Savor each bite. Notice the shower's refreshment.

2.  For your mind - Feel all experiences: all pleasure, displeasure, and indifference.  

Enjoy your favorite pleasure. What do you dislike the most? Find a way to change that attitude. 
When do you feel indifference? Make it a positive.



3.  For your well-being - Notice emotions and patterns. 

Where do your feelings and frustrations travel during each day? Stop and acknowledge them without judgment.

4.  For your creativity - Discover ways to meet challenges in unique ways. 

Jump over, around and through obstacles. Explore your indefatigable self.


Use humor and laughter to energize.  Turn frowns upside down.
