Into the Clouds

Take time to move into the clouds. Observe their movement revealed on a landscape or reflections on a body of water.  Watch them arrive and leave.

Use their imagery in relaxation preparation.

Breathe in five breaths and out five. Repeat several times. Eventually, as your mind and body lighten, you will feel like you're floating.

Smile and move into your day.
