How do we stay Positive when moods and self-doubt disrupt balance? When a situation frustrates, we CAN trick ourselves with diversion.
Try these possibilities for mood alteration. Add your own.
2, Name your mood and have a conversation. Who's the boss here?
3. Try a few deep breaths. Start with five in and out. Feel the coolness in through your nose and heat as you breathe out. Go for ten in and twelve out. Enjoy the rhythm. Add ha ha ha ha ha as you breathe out through your mouth.
4. Recall a sound or scent that makes you joyful.
5. Clean the refrigerator while singing a song or two.
Smile and move on with a Whee!
