Water Your Mind

"The highest motive in life is to be like water. It fights nothing or no one. It flows from and back to its source and in the flowing smooths and wears away all resistance."
- Lao Tzu

Let surges of water flow over ten thousand thoughts and emotions that create rock barriers and muddy your mind.

Discover ways water will dissolve distractions and discord.

Water your mind like a garden to bloom in colors and fragrances.

Let water wash the mind of frustration, anger or conflict.

Find the luminosity in bubbles and foam.

Play with creatures in the waves

Find the fantasies.

A shape slithers on the rocks.

Sea dragon emerges, arching his spine.

A sea horse whinnies in the sunshine.

Dive into the water with your mind.

Flow. trickle, or rush around obstacles.

Gush! Exert and deluge.

Find a place to pool in rest.

Grab a pen that waters the page with words.

Write to splash about as words float without a destination.
