Attitude of Possibility

"Finish each day and be done with it . . . . You have done what you could - some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in. Forget them as fast as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You will begin it well and serenely, and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson.

"One hour of consciouss solitude will enrich your creativity far more than ours of trying to learn the creative process." - Paul Tillich

What can you learn by taking a mindful walk?

"Darkness deserves gratitude. It is the alleluia pint at which we learn to understand that all growth does not take place in the sunlight." - Joan Chittister & Rowan Williams

Reflect on how challenges and difficulties have helped you realize resilience.

Often obstacles are the biggest
opportunities for growth.

Write about ways to bounce, balance, and better  yourself after a stumble.

Think about your confidence level and where it comes from. Who influenced you?  How did a project, sport, or triumph of some sort spark your self-esteem?

What nurtures your attitude of possibility?  How do you share it with others?

When you focus on possibilities, more opportunities will arise.

Find your highest altitude with an attitude of possibility.
