Go POW then WOW


First think about how to put your Power over Worry.  Come on, you can do it by moving into the WOW of life.

Transition into a WOW!  Work to become a Warrior, not a worrier.

Power Over Worry!   Warriors Outlast Worriers!

Life throws challenges and unexpected situations at us with inconveniences, car troubles, appliances that break. It's the tiny things can cause the most irritation and stress.

A few ideas:

l.  When a worrisome notion travels through the brain, meet it straight on.
    Decide three ways to overcome or neutralize it.

2.  Push your mind to wander and ask, "How many ways I have adapted before."

3.  Whoosh with kindness. Thank someone for a smile. Compliment someone.

4.  Share a wakeful moment of Wonder. Stop and look around at what amazes and amuses.

5.  Wrangle with the fear and laugh on. Humor assists as a solver of problems.
